The Boston Massacre (also called “the Incident on King Street” in Great Britain) was a confrontation between Boston, Massachusetts citizens, and nine British Soldiers. Although explanations for who caused the event’s start, the situation ended with five colonists killed. Similarly, the trial and conviction of the soldiers accused of killing the colonists left many colonists unprotected by the British Government.
